Via Zach: I posted this a year ago ... I've done my best to live by it every day since. Doesn't happen every day. But the days it does are better .... In this life...groundhog day can happen often .. Inside of a bus , dressing room , arena , Bus repeat ... I've been breaking out of that mold. And it's helped my mental health tremendously ..... Maybe I'll do this even a few more days than last year. #zachmyers #shinedown
